"Since I moved in to the property, water pressure was one of the biggest issues. Me and many before me tried to find a reason for it. My landlord tried to send hers trusted workers as well. No one could find a reason until yesterday, as yesterday evening the reason found itself. I've opened both valves full throttle, pressure slightly increased, but not as much as it should from the valve that was almost closed. I was listening to the music and between the songs there was a pause. I herd a sound of a small mountain stream. Honestly I thought that it was from the kitchen sink or boiler, but I decided to check it anyway, as it sounded a little bit suspicious for me. So I looked for a reason and found it. It was a very poorly assembled connector between inside and outside pump. I tried to fix it myself, then in the middle of the night I called all of the local plumbers I could find in Google, and even called my water supplier. But even supplier couldn't stop the leak by closing outside valve as it is a row of houses all connected to one pipe. The very next morning water was still leaking and it started to flood the basement. After another visit from supplier now wiser knowing that all connectors I bought this morning were useless as the outside pipe was made from lead I listened to advice and called back on the number that tried to contact me in the morning. A man I've spoken to, told me that I will soon have a phonecall from an Engineer. In less than 3 minutes my phone started ringing. It was an engineer. I told him briefly what happened and he said that he will be here in an hour. He arrived 5 minutes early, had a quick look at the issue and in the meantime listen while I was explaining everything in detail. He went to grab some proper connectors for this type of pipes, said it will not take longer than 30 minutes, and he made it back in about 10. Then in 20 minutes whole issue was resolved. It was a pure pleasure to watch how this professional did the job. No questions asked, he knew straight away what where and how. He saved my day, my wallet and the house from literally flooding and the name of this man was Paul King. I'll remember this name and now when something happens with heating or water he is the first person I'll call. Thank you Paul."

"Our power tripped off about 2030pm on Thursday 15th May 25. After concluding it wasn't a street wide power cut, I tried to find the out of hours emergency telephone number for my insurance. After several failed attempts to contact them and darkness falling, I decided to look for an emergency electrician on Checkatrade. The first promising contact was Emergency Hero. I rang them, provided details, paid the call out charge and waited. Within minutes, details of a local electrician, expected wait time and receipt of payment came through. Literally 15 minutes after the call, the electrician turned up. After 45 minutes on site, the fault had been found, had been isolated and made safe and plans to repair it in daylight agreed. We were able to go to bed knowing the house was safe. The service way exceeded our expectations. Very pleased with the choice as I fully expected to be up half the night... Great result. Will definitely have that number to hand for future issues... ☺️👍"
